Shipping

How much does shipping cost? We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

How long will my order take to arrive? Once your order has been fulfilled, you can expect to receive your package within approximately 4–5 business days. Please note this timeframe begins at fulfillment, not when the order is placed.

Can I get my order faster? Yes. If you'd like to receive your order sooner, priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Will delivery always arrive on time? Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as timelines can be affected by carrier delays or high-volume periods outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? Unless a product arrives damaged or you never received your order, all sales are final.

Can I return a product I've already used? No. Once a product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund, except where it was already damaged or defective on arrival.

My order arrived damaged or never showed up. What do I do? Please contact us at twintuneshop-help@outlook.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or other documentation to verify the claim.

Orders & Payment

When will I be charged? Payment is collected in full at checkout, before your order is processed and fulfilled.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at twintuneshop-help@outlook.com. We'll do our best to help, but orders that have already been fulfilled may not be able to be changed.
